Are humans to blame for the death of many ecosystems?

Humans do take for granted many lands that are filled with life such as swamps and lakes and even small ponds found in our backyard. We drain ponds and lakes and swamps of their life and use it for our own purposes we have destroyed ecosytems that could have influenced other species and have killed off their race. We cut down trees in forest that could have been the homes of squirrels and other animals as well as it could have been food for many other animals taking away the trees in the ecosystem is taking away money from countrys tey eventually die out becuase they have no ressources to keep them alive. humans are to blame for many deaths of ecosystems and mant in the future.
